I want to talk about a culture that one has observed no matter who it is no matter what shape or size there is a general obsession with weight loss what is good advice to the people who would genuinely want to lose weight in a way that they can keep the health and fitness as the goal this is a very good way of putting it across,
the person should not be so much obsessed with the body and not so much that it goes against it that if you are negative if you are frustrated if you are continuously putting yourself down then you need never ever progress it would be a very temporary reduction you will again put on weight and so the state of mind has to be very positive obsession has to go effort has to be a sustainable effort.
Now understand one thing that whenever you want to progress in life first your frame of mind should be positive if you say oh I am very fat and what is this and all that frame of mind is so negative that you will not be able to progress at all absolutely first learn to love yourself first learn to accept yourself as you are you can see varieties of shapes and sizes in the world and they are all lovely
Do you think they were that fit looking as nowadays the facility you are trying to say no they were quite plumb quite nice but they were doing their job well and they were very happy and everybody was also happy looking at them and they still admired absolutely now where is the problem the problem lies with self that I don’t appreciate me I always find fault I myself and so I have to do something about it first,
you keep health in mind and so if you are getting up with enthusiasm with a feeling that I want to do so much for others then you are healthy if you get hungry you are healthy if you go to bed and sleep immediately you are healthy first look here if here something is wrong corrected eat food properly on time see that you don’t overeat see that you are focusing yourself while doing anything in life so while eating food you chew it well,
Gently through your meals the more you chew the less you eat the better you would feel so now you should focus on your food well don’t think that any putting anything in the mouth will be fine you have to be very very clear that your food should be holistic understand how little you should take so that you will get hungry after for hour is the main criteria that are the parameter yes now every Hubert’s need are different your age is a different need are different where you live the weather that mas fear what type work you are doing all that comes into account
so the best rule is to watch your body listen to your body language try and find out how much should I eat so that I get hungry after four R’s if you don’t get hungry means you are eating more I will not calculate in calorie form that this much gallery I would eat and lose yoga would not talk like that oga would say your body itself is a guidance body will tell you what body needs and how much it needs it
accordingly to your body language and sleep well do your activities well just eating and sitting will not help person has to be physically active also so try and see that you walk walking is mildest and best exercise do some asin’s regularly and do some meditation I have seen that obese people need more sleep because its sleep all the repair work takes place you mean they shouldn’t sleep they should sleep more and are thinking usually people say no no I want to sweat out I want to rush here and there here what is the state of mind,
when you are rushing here and they’re very very rajasic very very restless that mind is not LD might always positive when the happy mind is the mind where progress is possible otherwise not this is one of me very good news for all of them who would love to sleep more and I’m sorry I said not good sleep yes sleep more means the night is meant for rest and days made for activity person should be sleeping by 10 o’clock at least and get up by 6 I think that much sleep is required,
And even if you don’t get sleep rest that is required in the darkroom that would really help so slowly work on yourself but see that as you reduced well weight your strength should increase so we always check reduction of weight and improvement of your strength so that is a balance that is balanced you reduce you can reduce your weight very easily but then you can gain and back to absolutely and you will reduce and you will become pale and weak and you catch infection very fast we don’t want that we want health so health which health how to reduce is if 1 kg is less 10 should kg should be improved in weight so we have that weighing machine the grip machine we have a grip machine we check whether the reduction of weight is scientific or not this is the scientific way of reducing every day putting some effort in yoga.
We say that wherever you put your mind that part becomes active so see to it that you every day keep in mind what you are eating how you are spending your day when you are sleeping some awareness has to be there in your mind always you may be busy but these areas have to be checked always and I am sure you will notice that the weight will reduce and weight will come to a level where your body would be most comfortable and most LD.
So even if somebody is consistently working on their weight and not reducing but getting fitter that’s great news right it has to be that way the first person has to be fitter and then putting little effort to see that even weight is reduced so that has to be held first and then weight mental health first and then weight thank you so much and Sergey as you saw and Sergey is talking about how you can holistically look at your health not just the numbers on the scale and you do much better and be happy thank you.
