it is mentioned it should first boil the water to reduce to half the volume a person should take some time to boil the water this kind of boiling adds more power to the water molecule you could drink this water in the lukewarm state take an example that you have a sore throat now take a cup of water in a pot and boil it so that it becomes half of the cup so that half cup when you sip and drink at a warm temperature that itself would be very good medicine for your throat understand when you drink cold water from the refrigerator straight or put ice in water and drink the water that would be very wrong you should totally avoid it such water can really disturb your digestive capacity Very often I have seen youngsters taking chilled drinks which is really bad for the entire elementary canal and it should be totally avoided everybody should know that if digestive the system goes bad Then Your entire energy level , your immunity level will go down, and that is very risky. so see to it that You are sincere about what you put in your system and at what temperature you are putting things into your system.

Hot water is not at all recommended to have baths even hair bath for bathing except when the cold weather is there you can have warm water.
one should avoid taking bath with hot water. Here are some harmful effects of hot water baths. Hot water dries up your skin, it removes the moisture of your skin, it will make your skin itchy and scratchy,it dries up your scalp and causes severe hair fall .it also increases your blood pressure, hence people Suffering from hypertension, the cardiac problem should totally avoid hot water bath. Always better to take bath at your body temperature. When you pour water on your body you should not feel hot or cold. Because water is at your body temperature. So always use such
water for a bath. Water at body temperature has many health benefits. It boosts your immunity.

Remember one thing we are not taking bath to feel comfortable, love to be charged, and love to pour water on the body. Don’t get it to that level.

Enjoy that bath in natural surroundings, play with little water here and there. If you can’t go out in rain then store that
water of rain in home and then take bath in that water. Rainwater is very beneficial so understand now that there is some right management with water .
